You never have an excuse, you can always do some sort of exercises, expend a bit of energy and have a glass of water instead of that can of coke, but knowing how to get in the important quick sneaky workouts is the bit of information i’m going to let you in on.
Any Exercise is a mental victory.
As we all know exercising releases ‘feel-good’ endorphins, so if you can do that little bit extra, why not?
Jogging on the spot.
Simple as that, jog on the spot and make sure you vary the effort you put in. A casual jog for a couple of minutes followed by a sprinters 45 second burst while you’re watching your favourite TV programs will do you a world of good.
Starjumps / Knee-Ups
Following your jog, why not get into the habit of different kinds of jumps. 20 starjumps followed by jumping pulling your knees toward your stomach 20 times will keep your heart rate up and also activate your abs, never under-estimate the benefit of a strong core.
One of the best exercises you can do. Push ups work the chest, triceps and your core again. You don’t need any equipment or much space, you just need some positive thinking and the right attitude.
Finally we finish up our quick home workout with some ab exercises. Kick off with 15 crunches, follow it up by laying on your back and immitating riding a bike in the air for 30 seconds and follow it up by leaning on your forearm whilst on your side for 30 seconds. Repeat this 2/3 times depending on how fit you are and you’ll be feeling fantastic.
..and there you go, a quick sneaky home workout to do all whilst you’re watching TV or whatever you like to do, and I guarantee you’ll be feeling a lot better after this. You’re one step closer to achieving your ultimate goal.
