Did you know, you’ve got the tools? .. Everything around you as you read this can be used to improve your health and get that physique you want. Let me get straight to the point.
This is a simple one, press ups, and im not talking I want you to hit out 10 right away, just do 1 or 2 if your learning and the for the rest do assisted press ups (knees on the floor).
To make it a more intense workout, try with your hands close together, or further apart, or raise your feet on the sofa to give yourself an angle. All these variations hit different parts of the chest, which makes for a more rounded workout.
Fill up a 2 litre bottle with water, or to add to that intensity some sand/dirt from the garden (trust me!). You now have two makeshift dumbbells, use those to bicep curl and voila!
Tough one to explain but let’s have a go! Sit on the sofa, move forward so your bums is now hovering over the floor and you’re only being supported by your hands on the sofa.. Now dip down using those triceps and up again, do as many reps as possible and say goodbye to flabby triceps!
Go and get those dumbbells we made! Now raise your arms at a right angle above your head, extend upwards, and back down to the right angle! Easy!
Squats.. Lunges.. Nice and simple way to finish.
